How to use XelionInternet?

Software requirements

The logging into the XelionInternet

If you log-in for the first time, enter client number and press "Next", then enter PIN –four-digit number that you have received through the mail. Press "Login". During the first time login system will ask you to established the password, which you will need to use during the next log-in to the service.

If you make a mistake three times during inputting data, the access to the internet service, it will be blocked.

If it is your first visit on page please refer to recommendations for service users.

Announcements on page

"The given client's number or password is incorrect. Try again." This meansthe client's number or password was wrongly inputted.

Instructions:

  • Check to make sure you have given the your right client number (10 digits or less, for numbers begin with "0"). Try to input it in once again. If you not sure what your client number is, you can check it up with Xelion Finanscial Advisor or at any Bank Pekao S.A.
  • Check if the Caps Lock button is not pressed on. The password is case sensitive.
  • Enter the client number and the password again.
  • ATTENTION: If you input the wrong password three times, access to the XelionInternet will be blocked.

"The given password is incorrect. Access denied. Service is blocked."

Instructions:
It means that incorrect password was entered three times and access to the channel has been blocked.

Instructions: In order to unblock the service log-in correctly to another Xelion service (TeleXelion, XelionSMS). If you enter an invalid PIN number or password to any other channel access to the Service (all services) will be blocked. In order to get access to Service you should call TeleXelion consultant or contact your Xelion Financial Advisor.

"Access denied. Service is blocked." It means lack of access to the XelionInternet because of inputting the incorrect password three times in the row.

Instructions:
In order to unblock the channel, log on correctly into the XelionSMS or TeleXelion. You can unblock service also through your Xelion Financial Advisor.

"Access denied. All Xelion services are blocked." It means lack of access to the Xelion (all services) after given the incorrect PIN number the fourth time in any of the channels.

Instructions:
To unblock the channels, please contact with infoline on 801 370 370 or 42 683 83 70 or contact you Xelion Financial Advisor.

"The given password is incorrect. Access denied. All Xelion channels are blocked." It means lack of access to the Service (all channels) after inputting the incorrect password or Client Id after a blockade of Xelion another channel.

"This channel is inactive." Access to the XelionInternet service has been suspended.

Instructions:
To get access to the channel contact the TeleXelion consultant on 801 370 370 or 42 683 83 70 or submit the relevant order with your Xelion Financial Advisor.

"XelionInternet requires a different version of the browser"

Instructions:
Check if your browser fulfils the software and technical requirements
(especially if browser, you are using has enabled JavaScript option).

"We are sorry XelionInternet is not available at the moment." Means that there is no possibility to use XelionInternet at the moment.

Instructions:
Try to log into the XelionInternet after a few minutes. If the problem still occurs, call the Infoline on 801 370 370 or +48 42 683 83 70.

Emergency situations

If:

You have forgotten your password, but you remember the PIN to the Service
Please call to consultant on 801 370 370 or 42 683 83 70 to cancel (reset) the password to the XelionInternet.
During first logging into the service after resetting the password to the Service you will be able to establish new XelionInternet password.

You have forgotten your Client number
You can check it in with your Xelion Financial Advisor or at any Bank Pekao S.A. branch.

You have forgotten PIN and password and you have blocked all Xelion services
You have to generate the new PIN to the Service:
- by TeleXelion consultant call 801 370 370 or 42 683 83 70
- Xelion Financial Advisor.
